Information we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you provide, including your name, work email, phone number, business name, team size, expected ChatGPT users and message.
If website measurement is configured, Google Analytics may collect general usage information such as pages viewed, referral source, approximate location, device type and interactions with key website controls. Contact-form contents and directly identifying details are not sent to Google Analytics.
How we use information
Addaptive uses enquiry details to respond, assess whether the work is a fit, discuss possible services, maintain business records and improve the website.
Service providers and overseas processing
The website may rely on Vercel for hosting, Web3Forms for enquiry delivery, Addaptive's customer relationship system and Google Analytics for website measurement. These providers may process information outside Australia under their own privacy and security practices.
Storage and security
Addaptive takes reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access or disclosure. Internet transmission and storage carry risk. Information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected or as required by law.
